1. Overview
This Registration Policy explains how new students join Menaka Peiris Dancing Academy (MPDA). Registration is open to students aged 3 to 30 interested in Udarata, Pahatharata, or Bollywood dance training at any of our branches.
2. Eligibility
Students must meet the minimum age requirement and be able to participate safely in dance classes. Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the student's attendance and conduct.
3. How to Register
Complete the online registration form on our website with accurate student and parent details. After submission, you may be directed to continue the process via WhatsApp for confirmation and next steps with your preferred branch.
4. Required Information
The following information is required to process a registration:
- Student full name, gender, age, and address
- Student contact phone number
- Parent or guardian name and contact number
- Preferred branch and class day
- School name and date of birth (where applicable)
5. Branch Assignment
Branch placement is based on your selected preferred branch and class availability. If a class is full, branch staff may suggest an alternative schedule or branch. Final confirmation is provided by the branch coordinator.
6. Confirmation
Submitting the online form does not automatically guarantee a place. Registration is confirmed only after branch staff verify details, discuss fees, and approve enrolment. Please wait for official confirmation before attending classes.
7. Fees
Fee structures may vary by branch and programme. Branch staff will communicate applicable tuition fees, payment methods, and any additional costs for uniforms, costumes, or events at the time of confirmation.
8. Withdrawal and Transfer
If you wish to withdraw or transfer to another branch, please notify your branch coordinator in advance. Refund policies, if any, are determined by the branch and communicated at enrolment.
9. Data Use
Information submitted during registration is used to administer enrolment and communicate with families. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how personal data is handled.
