1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Menaka Peiris Dancing Academy website or enrolling in our programmes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Academy Services
MPDA provides traditional and contemporary dance instruction including Udarata, Pahatharata, and Bollywood disciplines at branches across Sri Lanka. Class schedules, fees, and branch availability may change at the academy's discretion.
3. Student Conduct
Students and parents are expected to maintain discipline, respect instructors and fellow students, arrive on time, and follow branch rules. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for repeated misconduct or behaviour that disrupts classes.
4. Fees and Payments
Tuition fees, costume charges, and event-related costs are communicated by branch staff. Fees are generally non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or missed payments may affect a student's continued participation.
5. Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is encouraged for consistent progress. The academy is not liable for missed classes due to personal circumstances unless a specific arrangement has been made with the branch.
6. Events and Performances
Participation in concerts, competitions, and public performances may require additional rehearsals, costumes, or fees. By participating, students and parents consent to reasonable use of photographs and video recordings for academy promotion, unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to provide a safe learning environment, dance activity involves physical movement. Parents and guardians enrol students at their own risk. MPDA is not liable for injuries arising from normal class activity, except where required by applicable law.
8. Website Use
Website content is provided for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times. Unauthorised use of website content, logos, or images is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
